POLICIES & FAQS
Our goal is to get your order out as quickly and carefully as possible. We know you are excited and we are excited for you to receive your prints! Our prints are professionally printed and can take us 1-3 days to prepare for shipping. As a small business, sometimes it can take a little longer than expected. Please contact us with any questions. Thank you for choosing to shop small. I still do a happy dance when I hear a new order come in! We do not mass produce items because we like what makes small businesses special. Handmade takes time.
We provide tracking on every order via USPS First Class mail. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has shipped.
Besides the lettering and design, my favorite thing is packaging for shipping! Your art prints will be packaged carefully in a stay-flat mailer. Larger orders of cards/postcards may be shipped in a small sturdy box.
In the unlikely case that you receive a damaged print, please email email@example.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once documentation is received, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:
As a small shop and family, we cannot process any returns or cancellations, unless under extenuating circumstances - since we know some things are out of your control. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can work together to figure out the best thing for both of us!
Due to the nature of our downloadable items, no refund or cancellation can be issued.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
If your package is lost or stolen, you will want to contact and file a claim with USPS. Once the item has been passed from our hands to USPS, CLOVE+FIG is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items.
CLOVE+FIG is also not responsible for damages caused by improper handling.
